To respect the time of both me and my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. This policy allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another guest.
I understand that emergencies can happen and will always do my best to be understanding when unexpected situations arise.
